Marine Company, established in 1991, initially focused on importing/exporting marine engines and spare parts, later expanding into logistics around mid-2003. This expansion led to the creation of its first subsidiary, Marine Industry and Transit Company, located in Damietta Public Free Zone, where materials are readied for industrial use before shipping, catering to both major and minor dry bulk commodities. In 2015, Marine Logistics and Petroleum Services was founded, extending its services to offshore oil and gas organizations. These developments align with the company's vision to provide comprehensive door-to-door integrated logistics, enhancing its customers' supply chains. Marine Group promises to always offer integrated logistics services that is tailored to best services a customer’s supply chain through efficient logistics operations. 

Marine Logistics offers a comprehensive array of services, ranging from ocean freight for bulk and dry cargo, including containers to trucking and custom clearance. Their stevedoring operations utilize a fleet of equipment, such as which comprises harbor cranes, grabs, hoppers, conveyer belts, loaders, and trucks. The company owns bonded warehouses in Damietta Port, tailored to store diverse agricultural grains and dry bulk commodities, meeting international ISO standards and fully insured against identified risks. Acting as ship and port agents, Marine Logistics oversees operations meticulously to ensure compliance with regulations.
