The 2025 Motion Annual Meeting will take place at the InterContinental Almaty, positioned in the city's vibrant business district. This venue combines Kazakhstan's traditional warmth with state-of-the-art business amenities, providing an ideal setting for international gatherings.

WHAT MAKES THE 2025 MOTION ANNUAL MEETING SPECIAL

This year's AGM offers a unique networking opportunity: Motion Logistics Network and the New Silk Road Network will unite for a special joint One-to-One Meeting session on the afternoon of October 16th.

The New Silk Road Network, established in late 2019, is a logistics alliance specializing in Eurasian trade routes. They focus on connecting logistics companies interested in developing business across this region, particularly in emerging transportation hubs.

This collaborative half-day session aims to help MOTION members establish valuable connections in new markets  and generate new possibilities for collaboration. Rest assured, both networks will maintain their individual core agendas, including 1.5 days of separate one-to-one meetings. This ensures you'll have ample time to strengthen relationships within your primary network while exploring new opportunities.

• 14th of October (Evening) – Welcome Cocktail Reception
• 15th and 16th of October –  2 Full Days of One-to-One Meetings
• 16th October – Incl. Half a Day of Meetings with members from the New Silk Road Network
• 15th of October – Gala Dinner
• 16th of October – Happy Hour Networking Session
• 17th of October – A trip to the snow mountains followed by lunch
• Refreshments and Coffee Breaks on all Meeting Days
• Lunch on 15th, 16th and 17th October

The registration system will close on the 08th September 2025. After this, we will launch the meeting scheduling system so you can book your 1-to-1 meetings. Please make sure you finish your registration and complete the payment before then.
